When you host your event with us, together, we reduce our impact on the planet. Below are some examples of our eco-friendly practices for all our meetings and events.

ENERGY/EMISSIONS REDUCTIONS

• All bottled water sourced in the United States

WASTE REDUCTION

• No Styrofoam or disposable cups
• Washable teaspoons for coffee stations - no plastic or wood stir sticks
• Ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, butter and preserves - not individually packaged
• Pitchers of water in meeting rooms with washable glassware - not disposable
• Paper recycling containers in all meeting rooms
• All materials are printed on post-consumer recycled paper
• Paperless services - electronic distribution of sales proposals, catering menus and banquet event orders unless specifically requested by clients

RECYCLED PRODUCTS

• Lunches-to-go use containers and plastic utensils made from recycled or eco-friendly materials
• Paper napkins from recycled materials and washable cloth napkins
• All sales collateral, meeting notepads and coasters are printed on recycled paper

ORGANICS

• Four organic tea options offered on all coffee stations
• Environmentally safe cleaning products used
