BEST WESTERN PLUS Tuscan Inn - Kimpton Hotels (http://www.tuscaninn.com/) won WMA’s 2009 WebAward for Outstanding Hotel and Lodging Website. The Best Webstern Tuscan Inn website was a result of extensive collaboration between Kimpton Hotels and Milestone’s award winning design and promotion teams. Prior to Milestone, the property had a website that was not producing much revenue. By redesigning the website and promoting it through online channels, BEST WESTERN PLUS Tuscan Inn seen remarkable results. Just in January and February 2009, the new website produced over 4X the old website’s total 12-months revenue during 2008. On a month-to-month basis, the total room nights booked increased 30X over the previous year, despite the current economy.
